First Meeting
Initial Conversation
An introductory meeting—typically around 45 minutes—gives us an opportunity to learn what matters most to you, discuss your financial priorities and concerns, and determine whether our approach is the right fit.
Integrity · Guidance · Trust
We begin by understanding who you are, what matters most, and what your financial resources need to accomplish. From there, we work for you—providing thoughtful direction, active investment management, and ongoing oversight aligned with your goals.
What You Can Expect
Before making investment decisions, we take the time to understand the full picture—your goals, income needs, concerns, responsibilities, preferences, and the life your financial resources are intended to support.
That understanding becomes the foundation of our work. For clients who choose discretionary investment management, we can take responsibility for day-to-day investment decisions within the authority and guidelines established together, while keeping the portfolio connected to your long-term objectives.

First Meeting
An introductory meeting—typically around 45 minutes—gives us an opportunity to learn what matters most to you, discuss your financial priorities and concerns, and determine whether our approach is the right fit.
Follow-Up
A more detailed follow-up focuses on the facts and context behind your financial life. Relevant statements and financial information help us understand your holdings, income needs, risks, tax considerations, estate issues, preferences, and overall situation.
Initial and fact-finding meetings are complimentary. Before an advisory relationship begins, we explain the proposed services, account authority, and any applicable fees or expenses.
Working for You
Hiring an investment adviser should reduce the burden on you—not create another set of decisions to manage. We explain the strategy and the reasoning behind it, then carry out the ongoing investment work within the authority you have granted.
For discretionary accounts, that means we can respond and make portfolio decisions without requiring you to approve every individual transaction. You remain informed, your objectives and restrictions remain central, and the relationship is reviewed as your life evolves.
Ongoing Oversight
Your portfolio should continue to reflect your life—not remain fixed while circumstances change. We monitor accounts, make or recommend adjustments according to the agreed service and account authority, and meet with you periodically to confirm that the strategy remains aligned with your goals. Your personal and account information is handled confidentially in accordance with applicable requirements and firm standards.
Our Process
Our process is designed to build trust, establish clear investment parameters, and give you confidence that your portfolio is being managed with your priorities in mind.
We begin with a complimentary introductory conversation about your priorities, concerns, expectations, and whether our approach is the right fit for you.
We review the details that shape your financial life, including goals, income needs, holdings, risk tolerance, tax considerations, estate concerns, and personal preferences.
We define the strategy, objectives, risk parameters, restrictions, and account authority that will guide how your assets are managed. Applicable fees and expenses are explained before you proceed.
We monitor the portfolio, make investment decisions within the agreed authority, and adjust the strategy as your circumstances, priorities, or market conditions change.
